Very disappointing experience. My family hired yelda expecting strong guidance and careful handling, but were left feeling like the case was taken on without the level of preparation it required.

A big issue was preparation for the hearings. There were details included in the written materials that we were not properly coached on or walked through in advance. When the hearing came, we were asked questions about things that were either not fully explained to us beforehand or were framed differently than how we understood them. That put us in a position where we sounded inconsistent, even though the problem was really a lack of proper preparation and alignment between what was written and what we were ready to explain.

Communication and strategy were unclear. we often felt like we had to chase updates, and I did not feel there was a proactive plan to make sure our story and supporting evidence were tight, consistent, and presented in the strongest way possible.

This process is too high stakes to feel unprepared at the most important moment. I regret hiring her and would strongly recommend that anyone considering this lawyer ask very direct questions about hearing prep, how they ensure consistency between written submissions and testimony, and how they communicate throughout the case.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/svg><\/div><\/div>
